Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a pivotal role that will drive revenue growth and shape the brand identity of Spirit Healthcare Group.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales and Marketing will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at achieving annual revenue goals, enhancing brand loyalty, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic direction for all sales and marketing endeavors to meet revenue objectives.
  • Oversee the P&L of all revenue-generating operations, project sales budgets, and align sales and marketing strategies for optimal effectiveness.
  • Craft and define the company’s brand strategy that articulates the narrative of Spirit Healthcare Group and its community contributions.
  • Schedule and lead partnership discussions with major organizations to effectively drive sales growth.
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Manage, coach, and build a team of Account Executives and Customer Success members to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure that customer experiences, needs, and preferences are consistently communicated to Product Development and Engineering teams, while safeguarding the brand throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and formulating effective sales and marketing strategies.

Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities are essential.

A Bachelor's degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
