We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Bradel Properties Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our human resources functions.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assisting with benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Providing support for employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
