Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Bradel Properties Ltd. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
