Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OMNI Lead Department Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes, ensuring a high level of customer service and task completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product information, and resolving customer issues.
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
  • Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
  • Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
  • Support with scheduling as needed.
  • Review, follow-up, and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics.
  • Participate in the training and development of OMNI Associates, providing feedback as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
