Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet operational schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.

  • Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.

Qualifications
