About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Skyline Concrete Limited. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formwork and Materials Inspection: Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Cement Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Compaction and Leveling: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Surface Finishing: Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Surface Protection: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure they are waterproof, damp proof, and restored to their original condition.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
