We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Technician to join our team at Fromages la Chaudière Inc. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our dairy products.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Assist in the analysis of data and preparation of reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality control processes.
- Laboratory Testing and Analysis: Conduct laboratory tests and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality in our products.
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential food safety risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
