About the Role

Mile Hub Transport Ltd is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics and Operations: Maintain accurate records of shipments, monitor personnel workloads and locations, and perform general office duties as required.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance, using your knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to provide support.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 11-15 personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
