Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries, welcoming callers, providing information, redirecting calls, and/or taking messages
  • Generating quotes for services
  • Coordinating repair schedules and service appointments
  • Managing parts orders
  • Picking and preparing parts for service tasks
  • Overseeing shipping and receiving operations
  • Scheduling jobs efficiently
  • Interpreting Fire Alarm and Sprinkler reports
  • Estimating job costs and preparing quotes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service or parts department
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift operation experience is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Experience in the fire protection sector is a plus
