Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Kaizen Renovations Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency on construction sites
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to complete tasks
  • Set up equipment and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure projects have the necessary resources
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Work Environment:
  • On the road job
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
