CEO Job Description

We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead the growth and success of Valuemap. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful entrepreneurship and leadership, with expertise in startup valuation and evaluating startups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure efficient operations management
  • Maintain financial health and foster a positive work environment
  • Represent the company to stakeholders and the public
  • Work closely with the board of directors to implement strategies and achieve long-term goals
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship and leadership
  • Demonstrated success in working in venture capital and investing in startups
  • Expertise in startup valuation and evaluating startups
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with various stakeholders
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding startups
  • Ability to manage and grow business operations effectively
  • Strong understanding of market research, business plans, financial projections, and growth identification
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and business development goals
  • Track record and proven success working in incubators or accelerators and investing in startups
  • Demonstrated track record of raising funds for startups
  • Experience in leading the growth of small businesses
