Job Title: Senior Game UI/UX Engineer

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game UI/UX Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and user experiences for our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user interfaces and user experiences for our games, ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience.
  • Collaborate with game designers and artists to integrate designs and animations into the game.
  • Work closely with the programming team to ensure that UI systems are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop automated tests APIs related to UI systems to ensure continuous health of the game.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and implement them in our games.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in C++ programming in the video game sector or embedded systems.
  • Basic knowledge in 3D Graphic programming (shaders, real-time rendering and rendering pipeline in general or concepts).
  • Familiarity with user experience concepts is an asset.
  • Games industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of source control and multimedia integration.
