Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to join our team at Canada Drives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall health of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement declarative automation and configurations in Salesforce, including flows, flexipages, custom permissions, layouts, and availabilities.
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance our Salesforce platform.
  • Act as the technical expert on all aspects of the Salesforce platform, including out-of-the-box functionalities, customization capabilities, and integration capabilities.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and perform data correction/migration as needed using Data Loader.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, maintenance, and release cadences to perform necessary checks for overall platform health.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and explore different solutions according to project needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operationalizing and administering business processes in the Salesforce Platform.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce Administration, including Permission Set at scale, Permission Set Groups Management, Restriction Rules, Record-Based-Configurations at scale, and Scaling Multiple Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform Security Model, including internal and external security.
  • Experience with Salesforce Development, including Apex, Object-Oriented Programming, and TDD.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.
