Position Summary:
The Inventory Management Supervisor is tasked with leading the Inventory Team members and ensuring the store is prepared for operations. This role is crucial to the store's operational needs and enhances our capability to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Inventory Team to ensure readiness for store opening.
- Engage with customers, providing service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, motivational, and delegation skills.
- Train team members and monitor their performance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a positive and professional leadership style, along with a solid understanding of operational policies and procedures. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
If you have a background in merchandising, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

Work Schedule:
