  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately stored and tracked.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
