Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Donair Shack. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for customers.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide a positive dining experience.
- Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, as well as receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Garbage and Trash Removal: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
