We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service targets, while ensuring the highest standards of customer and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive passion and energy in your team to deliver exceptional customer and patient care, while maintaining a focus on business growth and profitability.
- Lead the team to ensure compliance with our clinical governance agenda, promoting the highest standards of care and safety.
- Oversee the Active Care program in the store, ensuring that customer and colleague health and safety are at the forefront of everything we do.
- Support the store succession plan by developing talent for your store and key roles within the area.
- Accountability for cash accounting compliance within your store, ensuring that all related policies are implemented and upheld.
