TOC Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, as well as training and hiring new team members. Key responsibilities include establishing work schedules, assisting cleaners in performing duties, and supervising the overall cleanliness of our facilities. **Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
* Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
* Assist cleaners in performing duties
* Establish work schedules

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning or a related field
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* English language proficiency

**Work Environment:**

* On-site work only
* No remote work option

**Note:**

* This is a full-time position
