About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Levy's Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
