About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Liberty Tax Service. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office is clean and organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to help the team make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
