About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at POLYSON POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic bag production machines, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar production environment is preferred.
  • Relocation costs will not be covered by the employer.
Work Environment

Public transportation is available for commuting to work. Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.

Personal Qualities
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Dependable and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
