Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Bag Production Machine Operator to join our team at POLYSON POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plastic bag production machines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
Working Conditions
  • Public transportation is available for commuting to work.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for the job.
Language and Work Schedule
  • English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the production team.
