As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the total operation of the store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying store hours and seasonal demands.
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.

Please note that the store you will be working with is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, and while you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
