Position Overview

Danaco Inc is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong background in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery used in agricultural settings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Alternative Qualifications: Equivalent experience may be accepted.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect machinery to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic tools and other testing equipment to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary parts for repairs.
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective components.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Conduct performance tests on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform cleaning, lubrication, and other routine maintenance tasks.
  • Service attachments and operational tools.
  • Execute other routine maintenance duties as required.
Specialization in Powered Equipment Repair
  • Experience with hydraulic-operated attachments.
  • Familiarity with compressors.
