We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at La Crete Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
    • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Room Reservations and Management
    • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
    • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Utilize our property management system to manage guest information and room assignments.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
