Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Complex Projects: Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal clients, including Directors and Vice Presidents, to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreements and optimizing procurement processes.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and update corporate procurement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in procurement and negotiation.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a university degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Possess at least 10 years of experience in procurement, negotiation, and contract management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Language: Proficient in French, spoken and written, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
