Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, assessing homebuyers' needs, and following up to ensure a successful sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage potential homebuyers.
  • Negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve desired results.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends to clients.
  • Coordinate open houses and other sales events to engage with potential clients.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Compile and review representation contracts, purchase agreements, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel by car.
  • Over 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000
