Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee farm operations, including crop management, livestock care, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and maintain livestock performance records, including health, nutrition, and breeding programs.
  • Provide agricultural crop services, such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting, to ensure optimal crop yields.
