Procurement Coordinator - Electrical

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be instrumental in acquiring goods, materials, and services essential for our operations, ensuring that we meet our cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement process, monitoring orders, negotiating with vendors, and fostering supplier relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement process for materials and projects
  • Identify, order, track, and receive necessary goods
  • Provide both technical and commercial support
  • Ensure a steady supply of materials and goods
  • Keep abreast of market trends
  • Investigate and assess cost-reduction opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Journeyman tradesman with a minimum of 5 years of experience
