About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cashiers and sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, managing promotions, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail or customer service role
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative
