Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Bell products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
