Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handling complex registration and enrollment cases?

We are seeking a Senior Registration Specialist to join our team at the Government of Alberta. As a key member of our Registration Services team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in handling registration and enrollment cases, initiating potential residency investigations, and documenting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on registration and enrollment cases
  • Initiate potential residency investigations and document results
  • Handle Statement of Benefits Paid inquiries
  • Participate on project teams to support improvements to policies and practices
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support business decisions
  • Assist in training and coaching other team members on best practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma supplemented by a minimum of three years progressive experience
  • Experience with reviewing and processing documents and responding to customers via telephone
  • Experience working in related organization settings (e.g. Alberta Blue Cross, Registry Agents, Contact Centre)
  • Experience determining eligibility for programs
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
