Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at our Head Office.
About the Role:
- Process and manage all inter-company expenses and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions to ensure corporate finances are maintained effectively.
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions, and process them according to standard operating procedures.
- Reconcile statements and process AP and AR transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and process expense reports.
Requirements:
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- 2-3 years of dealership experience required.
- Familiarity with CDK and one-eighty software.
- Experience in posting sales deals and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
