Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
