Qualifications for the Role

Education and Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient healthcare and practice management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in leading teams and collaborating with healthcare providers is essential.

Essential Skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning, coordination, and staff engagement.
  • Comprehension and application of patient care standards in a regulated healthcare environment.
