Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tidewaters Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a liquor store or similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
