About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store teams to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
  • Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
  • Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
  • Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate with the Store Manager on sales drivers and discuss any issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximize business.
  • Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
  • Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations.

About You

  • You'll have a proven track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
  • You'll have previous people management experience and be able to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
  • You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
  • You'll collaborate to win and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
  • You'll be courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
  • You'll adapt fast and work with pace.
  • You'll inspire trust and show a clear presence on the shop floor.
