We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Eco Fresh Mart. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to order
- Prepare special cuts of meat for customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Sell meats to customers
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Grind meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience an asset
- Permanent position
- 32-40 hours per week
- English language required
