About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Eco Fresh Mart. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat
    • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare for processing or cutting
    • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Meat Handling and Preparation
    • Wrap and package prepared meats
    • Remove bones from meat
    • Weigh meats for sale
  • Customer Service
    • Cut poultry into parts
    • Sell meats to customers
    • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Grind meats
    • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
    Requirements
    • Availability
      • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Language
      • Fluency in English is required
    • Work Environment
      • Work in a fast-paced retail environment
