Metalcraft Technology Inc is seeking a skilled Laser Punch Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC laser/punching machines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start-up and shut down CNC laser/punching machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret drawings to program nesting software and optimize material usage.
  • Check quality of parts, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
  • Perform operator maintenance and 5S housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Load and unload material using a forklift, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification required.
  • Ability to work with and edit machine computer programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
  • Quality-oriented mindset.
