Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MANITOBA INC O/A DAIRY QUEEN GRILL & CHILL GIMLI.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dining area, and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate point-of-sale system and process customer transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
