We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production
- Prepare and bake mixed dough and batters to meet established standards
- Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality and visually appealing
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and friendly
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
