Compliance Auditor Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct compliance audits on health service providers and owner-operated facilities to identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure timely and effective completion of audits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, to investigate and address non-compliance issues.
  • Assess risk and provide recommendations to improve existing processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Recent experience in finance, risk management, or audit is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
