We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at 11215167 CANADA INC. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook food to high standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our company's expectations.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work setting is in a restaurant environment, with a team of 1 to 2 people. The primary language of work is English.
