Implementation Specialist

SpryPoint Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Billing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our cloud-based solutions for the utility sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead gap analysis sessions with customers to identify areas for improvement
  • Configure, test, and tune software to meet customer needs
  • Map and assist with data conversions from legacy systems
  • Train end users on software applications
  • Provide support to customers during acceptance testing, through Go Live and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise utility software, especially accounting systems
  • Strong understanding of financial processes within the utility sector, including billing, balancing, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Experience with utility revenue management, customer processes, field service, asset management, and client training
  • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
  • Skilled in relational databases, particularly SQL and Reporting & Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Ability to train users on software applications and prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
  • Understanding of complex software implementation methodologies and organizational change management
