We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Cashier for our retail location.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Cashier:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times;
  • Training cashiers on point-of-sale systems, customer interaction, and checkout protocols;
  • Ensuring the checkout area is well-stocked with merchandise;
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications for the Lead Cashier:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities;
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude;
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
A standard full-time schedule typically includes day shifts, two evenings weekly, and alternating weekends, totaling 40 hours. Part-time roles may consist of a combination of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, you can expect to:

  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods;

  • Engage in tasks requiring firm grasping;
  • Perform repetitive motions involving various hand movements;
  • Reach above shoulder height and below waist level;
  • Utilize equipment, including ladders.
