Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This position involves supervising team members, maintaining store presentation, and serving as a resource for staff knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, assisting with cash handling, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Retail Operations Supervisor is also responsible for addressing employee concerns and customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications
