Your Responsibilities as a Store Manager

  • Your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
  • You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
  • Protecting customers, associates, and store assets is crucial. You will ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, as well as company policies.
  • Maintaining an appealing store environment is essential.

Qualifications for the Store Manager Role

  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail sales, along with at least 1 year in a sales management role.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management is required.
  • A cosmetology license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A self-motivated individual with a commitment to continuous learning, development, and educating both store personnel and customers for enhanced success.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A genuine passion for all aspects of hair and beauty.
