As a Client Relations Specialist under the guidance of the Admissions Manager, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students at LCI Education. Your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive information regarding the institution's offerings, warmly welcome students, and ensure ongoing communication with the admissions team.
Location: LCI Education
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Compensation: $17/hr + Bonus Program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome individuals entering the reception area, address their inquiries, and redirect them as needed;
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it operates smoothly;
- Manage incoming calls and voicemails effectively;
- Handle the receipt of packages and oversee postal shipments;
- Order and manage office supplies;
- Relay pertinent information via email to fellow receptionists on duty or covering shifts;
- Provide outstanding service to prospective students through various communication channels;
- Act as a primary resource for prospective students, offering guidance and information;
- Collaborate closely with admissions counselors to facilitate communication with other departments;
- Engage in and promote informational events such as open houses and school visits;
- Conduct data entry into the customer relationship management system (CRM);
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual proficiency is essential;
- High School Diploma (SSD) is required;
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary;
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort with technology.
This position involves interaction with both internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Therefore, professional proficiency in English is a prerequisite for this role.
