Job Overview

Reporting to the Product Manager – IT Business Solutions, you will be instrumental in the advancement of the platform and in the routine tasks of supporting, analyzing, configuring, and ensuring the optimal operation of the system.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the organization (Finance, Sales, Project Management, Human Resources), your colleagues, and other IT departments (development, BI, infrastructure, and service center).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key participant in the financial aspect of the migration and implementation initiative for the new ERP system. Guide the business team in articulating their requirements and assist them in selecting suitable solutions by exploring alternatives, making suggestions, and developing a rollout strategy. Provide functional assistance to business teams in their daily operations and propose enhancements. Configure applications to align with business requirements and workflows. Manage tickets for projects, change requests, and issues. Ensure adherence to standard practices and procedures during solution configuration. Develop and execute unit tests and acceptance plans, coordinating their implementation with super users; gather their feedback pre- and post-implementation. Collaborate with other team members and the user community. Analyze, process, convert, and cleanse data. Maintain an optimized suite of applications and reports to support the business unit. Provide estimates for required efforts as part of IT planning. Prepare training materials and assist with training sessions for super users, as needed. Execute all other related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, preferably with CPA designation Minimum of three to five years of experience in management accounting At least five years of relevant experience with an ERP system Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written Experience as a functional analyst in significant IT development projects Strong lifecycle experience related to software development
Preferred: experience in a services firm
Preferred: knowledge of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Preferred: experience with DevOps
